It has truly been a pleasure to edit this issue of Now!Here. Our writers have chosen to write about innovative and interesting new topics that have never been discussed before. The means of explaining their amazing adventures have breathed new life into my ideas of travel writing. Maurice Decaul describes his intimate relationship with Paris in a refreshing way, through his experiences performing in a band. Benji De La Piedra, one of our Features editors, gives us an in-depth look at bike culture solely through the words of others. In a moving creative piece, Brooke Rosen describes an expedition into a more natural landscape.

Every time we collect and edit pieces for this magazine, we end up surprised at the ability that our peer travelers have to channel their thoughts and feelings about their travel moments. Get lost in their stories as we have over the past few weeks!

In honor of Thanksgiving (and the busiest travel weekend of the year!) I want to give a very large thank you to my hard-working and talented editing staff. You have all done an excellent job and none of this would be possible without your creativity and ingenuity.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Lauren
